Shipping Fee, Customs and Duties

Customers in Singapore would not be charged for shipping, customs and duties.

Delivery Time

At TheLuxuryStory.com, we strive to deliver your order to you as soon as we can. However, in some cases, delivery time may take up to 2 – 4 weeks. A notice would be emailed to our customers regarding the expected delivery time. 

Delivery Exceptions

TheLuxuryStory.com sells products on different marketplaces, websites and through our partners and we strive to maintain an accurate listings of our products online. In rare cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings. In such cases, TheLuxuryStory.com may cancel such orders if a product is unavailable, and make a full refund. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Fee, Customs and Duties

Customers outside of Singapore would be charged US$50 for international shipping.  

In addition, customers is responsible for additional charges, duties, and/or taxes in addition to the price of the product and shipping fee for the shipment as determined by their local regulations. For more information about the charges, duties, and/or taxes, please contact your local customs office.

TheLuxuryStory.com is not liable for delay in orders because of custom clearances at destination.

TheLuxuryStory.com may cancel and refund an order if the products, or the materials in the product, are classified under restricted products in the shipping destination.  

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns

We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied when you purchase from our site. So, we offer a 3 day return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back. However, items marked as ‘No returns on this item’ once purchased such items cannot be returned.

Refunds

The refund amount includes 100% the value of the item but does not include the shipping fee, any customs duties paid for importation, nor any additional charges charged by your credit card provider. If you cancel the order before delivery, the refund will also the include shipping fee (if there is a shipping fee).

The buyer is liable for the shipping fee of the product to our address. Please send the items to us through a registered courier with delivery tracking and are the responsibility of the buyer. If the shipment is lost, or damaged, we reserve the right to not offer any refunds.

Refunds can take one to two weeks for processing after we receive the product.
